Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and 24cv, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman ("24cv", "we"). By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

The service

24cv uses an AI interviewer to collect information about you and write a CV from it. You can use the interview and preview for free. To download the files you pay a one-off price, shown before you pay. You can also upload an existing CV for an ATS check: the parse check is free, and the full report is a one-off price.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can open your sign-in emails can sign in as you.
• Use the service only to create your own CV, or a CV for someone who has asked you to and agreed to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your information must be true

You are responsible for everything in your CV. Only give information that is true and that you can back up if an employer asks. The interviewer is designed to use only what you tell it and not to invent facts, but AI can make mistakes: read your CV carefully before you use it, and correct anything that is wrong.

Price and payment

• A CV costs OMR 4.990, paid once through Thawani. Prices include any taxes that apply.
• After payment you can download your files, and make changes and download again for 14 days at no extra cost, within fair limits on the number of rewrites.
• After that period you can still download your last version for as long as your account exists.
• A full ATS check report costs OMR 0.990, paid once through Thawani. While a CV you bought is within its 14-day edit period, full reports are included at no extra cost, within fair limits.

Refunds

Because you see the full preview before you pay, and the files are delivered immediately, we don't normally refund a CV once it has been downloaded. If a file is faulty or doesn't match the preview, email support@24cv.om within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. An ATS check report is delivered as soon as you pay, so it isn't normally refunded; if it fails to load, email us and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Oman's consumer protection law.

Ownership

The CV and its contents belong to you. You may use, edit and share the files however you like. The website, its design, templates and software belong to us.

No guarantee of results

We design our CVs to be clear to recruiters and readable by applicant tracking systems, and we test them for that. We can't promise that any employer or system will select you, invite you to an interview or offer you a job.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no automated access, no attempts to break or overload it, and no content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share. We may limit or close accounts that do this.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost job opportunities.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account. This permanently deletes your CVs, chats and ATS checks.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will ask you to accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction.
